Platform Presents & Belmond
At Platform Presents we are firm believers in using culture and literature to feed your soul. What connects us so purposefully with what we do is our deep passion and belief, the power of words, theatre, television and film to communicate, connect and to inspire.
In October 2019, Gala and Isabella were announced as Belmond Good Living Experience Makers with the remit to create cultural experiences around Belmond. We will curate an anthology of poems inspired by Belmond’s heritage. Gala and Isabella will also host a special poetry workshop at Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo, Sicily in 2021. It will take place on the hotel’s literary terrace, where DH Lawrence wrote the novel ‘Lady Chatterley’s Lover’.
Belmond in partnership with Platform Presents commissioned rising star poet Ollie Feather to write this poem ‘Where Will I Wander, I Wonder?’ to be published in the global Belmond menus.
